The long awaited Firefox 3 is still in the development stage but thanks to recent developments it is now a release candidate.
Final Release
It seems though, you will have to wait until June if you want the final version. Most people who have used Rc1 are already singing it’s praises.
Disadvantages
So what are the disadvantages? A disadvantage I can think of would be the compatibilty for add-ons. To be honest I can’t see add-ons becoming fully compatible with Firefox 3 Final Version for a long time.
Flash Compatibility
Apparently Firefox 3 Rc1 is now more compatible with Flash whereas before the browser would sometimes unexpectedly close especially on websites like youtube or myspace.
The Best
I still reckon though that Firefox is the most complete browser available. It is light, secure and extremely customizable. Remember also, all the good ideas usually tend to come from Firefox first, tab browsing for example.
